Why am I signing up for Cubase10 Elements, after entering the password twice, the prompt page 404 error! 
I get the same error. Any fix?
Same problem for me too. I have tried several times today, with the same issue each time. Common issue Steinberg?
Try creating an account first, then go back and sign up for the Elements trial. That worked for me.
