To Reactivate Cubase, you have to Register the Cubase first.
Get touch with your local Steinberg dealer/support. They can find all you need from your Download Access Code or Activation Code. They will find, the Soft-eLicenser number, so you can register it to your MySteinberg account and then reactivate.
