Cubase14 Always Crash When Scanning VST

(I’m using translation)
Whenever I click to scan VST in Cubase 14 Element（latest）, it freezes on the Scanning screen and then exits. However, when I switch Cubase’s language from Chinese to English, everything works fine.
I just want to report this bug — it only appears in Cubase 14 when using Chinese. If I remember correctly, even in Chinese, Cubase 13 didn’t have this issue.
