I have cubase 14, 13, and 12pro. I want to ask if I can authorize 3 computers. Are the three authorizations of 14pro calculated separately or share the same authorizations with 13 and 12pro?
Hi @1506186901 (what a beautiful nickname, btw ),
yes you can authorize three computers.
If you bought Cubase 12 pro and updated it over the years than you have one licence which can run on three separate computers no matter which version you choose for each one. As you own Cubase 14 you can use ANY Cubase version below Cubase Pro 14 including Artist, Elements and so on.
I thought each version I had could be licensed for three computers, 3 for Cubase 12 Pro, 3 for Cubase 13 Pro, and 3 for Cubase 14 Pro, for a total of 9 computers.
No, only if you had bought a new full version each time and payed the full price instead of the update price.
It depends entirely on whether you actually own 3 licenses or whether you updated the same license in which case you still own only one license.
Reco made that pretty clear and you don’t answer if you updated or if you bought three different versions so only you know the real answer atm.
