Cubase14 pro mystery - how to register my id license?

CUBASE14 PRO - I tried the trial
Purchased the license and have the ID
Steinberg Activation Manager says trail has 3 days left
Activation Manager unhelpfully suggests *Go to Steinberg Online Shop and buy a license
Options are Buy… Dismiss - seriously?
Steinberg Activation Manager doesn’t manage any activation here.

How about adding a button - → CLICK HERE TO ACTIVATE

Are users meant to search through various manuals, forums, google etc?
I have better things to do and don’t have time for this.
And I 'm not the only one suffering in this forum.

I assume staff at Steinberg are reading this since our voice is important

With your purchase you have received a mail that contains a Download Access Code. Enter that code in your Download Assistant and that will register it with Steinberg. After that you will find the new license in the Activation Manager.

That is what you do in the Activation Manager, but before that you need to register your new license at Steinberg, as described above.
