Cubase9 does not send Midi Track notes to TC-Helicon Voice Live 2 via either USB or MIDI. Is there a command I am missing?

It works to me here.
Please double check, the right MIDI Out Port is selected. Please, double-check you sent the data at MIDI Channel 1. Pleas, double-check Preferences > MIDI > MIDI Filter and make sure data are not filtered out.
