Cubasis 2.8.6 says I am unregistered on second device

Just installed Cubasis 2 on a second device.

When I try to get RoomWorks SE in shop, it says I am unregistered.

It restored my bought products in the store but the RoomWorks SE shows unregistered and seems that it is unable to register.

Hi @Iqmusic,

Many of our users were confronted with the issue, that registering Cubasis to receive the free RoomWorks SE plug-in has failed.

After evaluated the topic, we’ve found out that an accidental change in the data format caused the problem, which already has been solved by our digital unit department.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
