i have set up 16 tracks on cubasis 3 on i pad gen 8 to record direct via usb from xair 18 but all i get whilst recording is a spinning wheel and when i stop nothing is recorded, any ideas

To learn more about how audio routing is managed in Cubasis, please refer to the dedicated chapter in our Getting Started with Cubasistutorial (see link below).
Please make sure that all audio tracks are routed correctly and that the Rec Enable button is activated on each track as needed.
Please note that we do not have access to the audio device in question and cannot provide support for third-party audio devices. For device-specific inquiries, we recommend contacting Behringer directly. If required, we are happy to provide Behringer with Cubasis promo codes.
