Cubasis 3 pitch out of sync

Hello!
I import audio tracks to Cubasis 3 to change key on songs. When I use pitch on the audio tracks they doesn’t sync with the drum audio tracks that I don’t use pitch on. In the beginning of a song it’s not notable but in the end it doesn’t work. Does anybody know why it doesn’t sync. All audio files are the same length after using pitch.
