Am I able to export projects from Cubasis3 to Elements 11? Also, what happens with effects plugins like Waves which I have in Cubasis? I gather I need to get the same in Cubase?

But this maybe of help to you: Look for something on the Steinberg site called Cubasis Project Importer, or via search engine search.
