Cubasis doesn‘t recognize the UR12

Hi, I connected the UR12 to a 5VDC power hub and and the interface with the IPad pro via the apple multi media hub. Still Cubasis L3 doesn‘t recognize the UR12 in an audio track. What‘s missing. Anything to be done in the setup?

Firstly, please check your iPad settings, making sure Cubasis has access to the microphone:

  • Open the iOS Settings on your iPad
  • Go to Privacy and Microphone
  • Here, make sure Microphone is enabled for Cubasis

Once done, please check the “Connection Examples” in the UR12 documentation (which also includes an iOS example):
