Cubasis LE 2 / iRig pre hd

Hi, I am trying to use the iRig pre hd with the Cubasis LE 2 on my iPad mini.
According to the instructions by IK multimedia, this interface is supported and can unlock the feature set in Cubasis LE.
I have connected everything, the iRig has been recognised in Cubasis and I am able to play sound. However, it is still in demo mode and doesn’t seem to unlock the feature set. Please help?
