Cubasis LE activation on IOS 16

Having a strange issue activating Cubasis LE on iOS.

I’ve got an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 16. When I connect my Audient iD4 MKII, the hardware gets detected but Cubasis does not get unlocked and remains in Demo mode.

Exactly same hardware configuration connected to an iPad Pro 10.5" running iPadOS 15.7 worked perfectly fine.

What’s going on?

Audient gave the issue a check with the following result:

"We’ve been testing this with a couple of iOS devices this morning but thus far its been working correctly for us. *

I would check that the unit is using the latest firmware if possible. This would require the unit to be connected to a Mac or PC that is running the iD app.

Open the iD Mixer then in the menu bar, go to Help > Check for Updates. If any updates are available then they’ll be prompted to update.

If the customer is still having issues, then I’d try a different active hub if possible as I have seen a couple of hubs act strangely on occasion."
