Cubasis on multiple android devices

Got a new galaxy tab and need to get cubasis on it. Originally purchased on my android phone. Made sure I am using the same account, I am, but cubasis is showing as it wants to charge me again to download on my new tablet. What might I be doing wrong?

Hi @cgbarrett77,

Please make sure, your device is logged onto the same account, used for the app purchase. If the problem persists, please try these steps:

  1. Terminate all running apps from the task manager.
  2. Go to Settings > Accounts > Google
  3. Tap to select your account
→ If this account is not the one that you purchased Cubasis for Android with, logout and login with the right account:
  4. From the top right (three vertical dots) menu select Remove account.
  5. Now go back to Settings > Accounts > Google and tap ‘Add account’ from the bottom of the list. Add your google account back.
  6. Launch Cubasis

If the account is not the cause, please try to reinstall Cubasis:

  1. Terminate all running apps from the task manager.
  2. Uninstall Cubasis
  3. Reboot your device (hold the power button, then power off, then press the power button again to start).
  4. Install Cubasis from the Play Store - you won’t have to pay for it again.

Please let us know if this helps to resolve the problem.

Thanks,
Lars
