Got a new galaxy tab and need to get cubasis on it. Originally purchased on my android phone. Made sure I am using the same account, I am, but cubasis is showing as it wants to charge me again to download on my new tablet. What might I be doing wrong?
Hi @cgbarrett77,
Please make sure, your device is logged onto the same account, used for the app purchase. If the problem persists, please try these steps:
- Terminate all running apps from the task manager.
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Google
- Tap to select your account
→ If this account is not the one that you purchased Cubasis for Android with, logout and login with the right account: - From the top right (three vertical dots) menu select Remove account.
- Now go back to Settings > Accounts > Google and tap ‘Add account’ from the bottom of the list. Add your google account back.
- Launch Cubasis
If the account is not the cause, please try to reinstall Cubasis:
- Terminate all running apps from the task manager.
- Uninstall Cubasis
- Reboot your device (hold the power button, then power off, then press the power button again to start).
- Install Cubasis from the Play Store - you won’t have to pay for it again.
Please let us know if this helps to resolve the problem.
Thanks,
Lars
