I no longer see the import Cubasis Project in Cubase 13 > File > Import menu (see attachment) on my 2021 MacBook Pro M1 max… 
Is it depending on silicon or something has changed? Do I necessarily need to start Cubase in Rosetta mode?

is there a chance to open Cubasis projects in silicon mode too, in Steinberg plans…

Yes, you have to start it in the Rosetta mode. The component is not Apple Silicon compatible.
