Cubasis Project Importer 1.4 available now!

The Cubasis Project Importer 1.4 for Cubasis 1.7 enables project compatibility with Cubase. It is available at:

Does this also allow me to import Cubase projects to Cubasis on my iPad? I’m new to this and one of the things I really want to do is to be able to take projects from my friends’ studios where they are running Cubase and Nuendo and mix them on my iPad at home in my own studio.
Is it actually possible to do this?

And help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Jeremykeys

Hi Jeremy,

No, the Cubasis Project Importer allows you to import Cubasis (iPad) projects to Cubase (PC).

So no import of projects into the ipad then??

My idea was to use the ipad as pure playback machine for live purposes.
Make a “simple” project on my desktop, no effects no eq no vsts just audio and midtracks.
And the transfer to cubasis.

Ok one could do this manually but it would be pretty slick if it where possible

Yes, you have to do it manually (or use the batch export feature in Cubase 7.5 to export all tracks as audio files).

I am interested in buying Cubasis, but I need option so I can export Cubase project (because I started new project on desktop computer with Cubase 7.5) and than import into Cubasis.

May you please make this option available in new version of Cubasis?
Without that option Cubasis is useless for me.

Thank you!
