Purchased Halion sonic for iOS Cubasis 3 , transferred to a new iPad and reinstall for Halion is not available, but I see I can buy it again? I contacted help, Steinberg help, they sent me here. How do I restore a purchase that has no option to restore?

I solved by purchasing again. I don’t know how to post the solution on the forum
The Appstore can ‘glitch out’ and show purchased items as not purchased but when tapping buy again and confirming it will say that you already own it and no charge will be made.
Also sometimes it can take a bit of time (~30 seconds to a minute) before the app that has restorable content negotiates with the AppStore to check which IAPs the user has purchased.
This happens especially when going from iPad to iPhone or vice versa…
Same happends on the Playstore sometimes..
