Cue-cautionary accidentals

How can I hide cautionary accidentals that are automatically generated when entering a cue?

If you want to hide cautionnary accidentals in the cue:

In Engrave Mode, select the note.
In the properties panel, with Local Properties set to Locally, activate Accidental > Hide

Is there a way to set it using Shift + U input instead of regular note input?

I’m not sure to understand? Shift+U is the way to create cues!

I’d like to hide the accidental shown at that spot.

Is it a cue, entered with Shift+U?

If you modify the accidental in the cue, you modify the accidental in the source. At least that’s what I see when testing out.

Not with Locally, apparently?

want the change to apply only at the indicated spot. Would it be better to input it as a regular note and then convert it to a cue? But in that case, ties won’t be created.

Even with local…

On the other hand, what’s the point in hiding the accidental (meaning it changes the note…)?

Strange, it works here!

Thanks. @charles_piano @MarcLarcher

Ok, yes. But if you show the cue in the score and want to get rid of accidentals in the cue only, it’s not possible… not in the same layout. But, granted, I don’t see why it would be wanted (and cues are not shown usually in the full scores)

Ach so, I see! I never use cues in the score, so I didn’t think of that.
