Is there a way to delete only the cue note in the marked section?

Sure, click on the cue label, then drag the handle on the right to the end of the measure where you want the cue to stop. You can also make the cue longer the same way.
This is not a cue label; it’s a regular note copied and then set as a cue. Only the marked section cannot be deleted.
If that note is a normal note (not a cue), the simply select it, press U to Untie it, then select it again and press Delete.

Is there any way to save Tie?
After deleting the second of the two tied notes, select the remaining one and enable L.V. tie in Properties. L.V. stands for Laissez Vibrer (allow to vibrate).
