So, your method would be great for the cues that appear at the beginning of a flow/piece but wouldn’t work for the cues that come in other places in the music. You wouldn’t be able to use tokens then?

Again, many ways to achieve the same results, whichever works for you…

That’s right. For dialogue within a song, I would attach a text box to one of the vocal lines so it would show up in the Working Score, the Conductor’s Score, and the Piano/Vocal Score.

Clearly each person should use the system most convenient, but I still wish that, down the road (and probably long after I have stopped writing shows), Dorico can manage text styles in at least some of the Project/Flow Info fields and create a flow header that can stretch to include text dynamically. Granted they are pipe dreams now, but I can wish.
