Cued text options

Hello -

When cueing a solo part, is it possible in the cued instrument to hide the word “Solo” which gets automatically copied from the original? See the clip below. For the A. Sax & and T. Sax, I’d prefer to have it simply show “Cue: Trpt.” and “Cue: F Hn.” respectively and not show “Solo” below the text. Thank you.

make sure the box is unchecked. If you’ve created it as a playing technique, you can do the same there.

Text, slurs, lyrics etc. can also be excluded by default in Engraving Options>Cues...

Thank you, that solved it. It was a playing technique and I didn’t think to uncheck that.
