This is related to my other request to have an option for Side-Chain sends to be pre-mute
But also, maybe in general, for all types of sends to be more flexible with individual sends being able to be pre-mute, instead of only a global preference.
There could be instances where I want to solo or mute something, without cutting Cue send mixes
- The most obvious instance is, not cutting out the musicians headphone mix when I want to quickly solo something.
- The second use case is, I use cues as reference mix/a/b in the control room and sometimes want to check something I have solo’d in reference to something else.
The only options in preferences is:
“Mute Pre-Send When Mute”
Which is too constrictive…
We either need:
- Separate option for Cue sends
- Separate option for Side-Chain
and or, let us customize individual sends/cues/side-chains more
