Very perplexed here… I’m trying to include rhythmic cues in my drum set part. I have written notes (Hi Hat, snare and Hi Hat “chick”) in the drumset part, but when I try to add a cue only the instrument name shows up. I’ve gone into Layout Options, selected Drum set and made sure that “Show Cues” is checked. I’ve tried removing the written drum set part - same result. I’ve tried just putting two snare drum notes in the part where I want the cue to start and end - same result. What am I missing?

I’m wanting to add a cue from beat 9 on mea 1 to beat 10 on mea 2

Hmmm. I can get it to work using the Bass, but not any of the Wind Instruments.

Duh! I was trying to input a trumpet cue, and they’re on flugels at this point in the chart! Thank you for your persistence and patience.
Suspected something like that.
