Current Delay in Delivering Serial numbers

I purchased the WaveLab Pro 10, then receive a series of emails where, in one of them, an unknown person has written:

“Unfortunately, there is a current delay in delivering you your serial number(s). We will email your serial number(s) to you as soon as they are available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” :open_mouth:

No further explanation. No wavelab. On holiday guys? :smiley:

You purchased this from the Steinberg store direct … correct? Or a third party shop (eg Sweetwater).

Do you mean activation code? That’s the usual term for the code you need to activate your license. Try contacting Asknet directly to see what’s going on.
