hi i have retrolgue2 which used to work until i moved to my new computer… old comp is still there.
i have now tried to reactivate which i got activation but when i enter the code in elicenser i get this error
Currently there is no license available which can be upgraded by your upgrade license. "

what should i do?

I’m currently facing the same issue. The eLicenser is seeing my Retrologue 2 license as ‘upgrade’ version after reactivation. It was previously showing as ‘full’, can anyone help?

Just to give you an update, I’ve been in contact with Steinberg support, and they resolved the case for me.

Thanks how did u contact them.? In my support it ask me to contact local distributor. Who have never returned my call.
