Cursor won´t jump back on start point after hitting stop & start again, though it´s

Dear All, does anyone know, how to make Cursor jump back to start after hitting stop & start again, even if an event is marked ? It´s set in the preferences, but instead it´s jumping to the beginning of the marked event. Thank you, have a nice week. Tilo

Do you have the Transport > Use Video Follows Edito Mode enabled by mistake? If yes, disable the option, please.
