Custom accidentals don't play back correctly with staccato

I have a bunch of custom accidentals with custom tunings. It seems that if the “staccato” articulation is on none of them play back correctly. Is this a bug or is there some way to get this to work?

Here is a picture:

The top correctly plays back C, D, E half-flat, F, G. I’ve set up a custom tonality system in which this is set to -3 steps out of 72 equal (equivalent to -1 step of 24 equal). Adding a staccato to the E half-flat changes it to a staccato violin sample, and with this new sample it just plays back as E natural. And in general, any of the custom accidentals that I’ve put in just play back rounded to the nearest 12 tone equal tempered note.

Is this a bug? It seems to only happen with the various “staccato” articulations: staccato, staccatisimo and staccato tenuto. Is there some way to get this to play back correctly?

I am on Dorico 5.1.60.2187 on macOS Sonoma. And here is the tonality system, if it makes any difference:
