How can I create a custom arpeggio that looks like this broken roll in the picture? I need these types of arpeggios often when writing music for carillon (bell tower).
Using two vertical lines (one with a hook) adjusted in Engrave mode. This way will automatically make space for the chord. Once you have adjusted one, you can copy/paste it.

As someone who grew up “in” a church with a carillon, I am curious: what would this sound like? Is it a hand-over-hand roll or some other effect?
Thank you @jesele that is working perfetly! I had tried a custom playing technique but that wasn’t creating space for the roll. This is a much better solution.
