Custom Articulations won't import

So, I have been using the smart midi input to transition from logic to Dorico and for some reason the custom articulations won’t notate. For example when I press on a track and try to set up the custom articulations like Sul Ponte to Ord. When I leave switch to another track it won’t save it so it doesn’t get imported into the score. I don’t care for playback, I just want Dorico to properly notate the custom playing techniques

Have you updated from Dorico 4.0 to Dorico 4.0.10? There was a problem in version 4.0 that prevented this from working properly, but it was fixed in Dorico 4.0.10.
