How could I do p/sfz?

So here we have p, and /, and sfz. How would I get the unicode for these glyphs into a text field? [I have asked about this in the past.]

Create a Shift+X text item, right-click and from the context menu choose Insert Music Text, then search for the characters you want to insert in the dialog that appears.
