Custom instruments only show within that project but not for new projects

I have 8 native winds created for one project, but they only appear in that project; The one that says “(in score)”, the Quena (image 1).

But in a new project, the instruments from that other project are not present (image 2). Why? How can I make those instruments universal to Dorico and not just one project?

Click the star icon inside the instrument editor to save it as default.
