Custom Master Page Question

So, I am making a Hymnal Score right now. If it so happens, that I need more than one page, I need the 2nd page onward to follow the default master page setting, and not the hymnal custom master page. However, if I select “insert master page change”, and I change it to default, I suddenly get a duplicated first page in default setting. Basically, I get the original 1st page, the Duplicated 1st page in default, and then the 2nd page.

How can I accomplish that?

Did you create a new master page set at the bottom right panel?

Could you post a picture of engrave mode with frames mode on? It looks like there’s a problem with the music chain — everything must be in MA, or you have to be very careful with what you do !
