Hello, I’ve given a custom staff labels for the string divisi, but it doesn’t seem to appear in the parts. Any reason why this happens?

I think the reason is quite obvious: if you look at the bottom picture you did not specify a label for the solo players.
→ select each of them and give them a name.
Yes, but ideally I would like to have one label for both of them, and not individual labels.
In Layout Options > Staves and Systems > Staff Labels, set Staff labels on first system to Full in the Violin I part layout to show your custom group label.
