Custom Templates are empty when opened

hello. I have this problem: I can select all my custom templates on the Steinberg Hub, but when I open any of those, the project is empty - just like a new project. is it an issue of admin rights or something similar? I’m on 15.0.5, is it resolved in news versions?

It’s not the same issue I read on this forum, about templates not showing up in Steinberg Hub, it’s different: I can save and see all my templates showing up in Steinberg Hub, but when I open any of those, I have an empty project window. Just like the default empty project.

Anyone having this?

Are you sure, you saved the template after adding some tracks? How do the projects look like, if you open them as a common project? Do you have Cubase 14 installed? If yes, how do these projects look like?

This is not a known generic issue in C15.0.5.
