I just bought a new Macbook Pro, and had some trouble getting the eLicenser and Activation Code to cooperate. Lindsay Warner at Steinberg Canada has gone over the top to help resolve the issue. Thorough, fast, and very helpful. I am very impressed, and will recommend Cubase and Wavelab to others based on this level of service. Bravo! Any others out there with similar experiences?
