Hello, is there any direct e-mail address available for customer support team? I have submitted an enquiry a months ago via regular form on the site and still got no any response. I cannot set up the software and need to get it sorted asap. Thank you!

Update: I had an old purchased software (Cubase 9.5 or something) which I used on my old computer. I have recently changed laptop, and I am unable to re-install Cubase again as the licencing changed, so the old Licence key simply does not work. I have followed the steps to update the licence on my Steinberg account, but I cannot find what to do next. Nothing gets installed, up and running :frowning:

Steinberg support is spotty, dependant on where you live.
If you give us some details, maybe we can help. There are a heaps of very knowledgeable people here.
Details to include are OS and version of Cubase, details of the issue, steps you have taken, screenshots tell a thousand words, etc.

If the place you need support for has Steinberg support handled by Yamaha, there’s a 99.9% chance you’re not gonna get anything resolved.

it’s good to hear that you still have access to your account and that you can see your licenses. Which Cubase 9.5 version do you see? If it’s a Pro version you must have a physical eLicenser which will allow you to run Cubase 9.5 on your new system. If it’s a license that only requires a soft eLicenser (no physical USB licenser) than you would have to buy an update in order to run Cubase again.

But first things first: which Cubase version do you have (AI, Elements, Artist Pro)?

Keep in mind that sb support does not in any way shape or form get into troubleshooting 9.5 and those older systems. You won’t receive support area responses. That’s the way it is.

Right here at the user forum is your best place for possible solutions…..as many of us own the older Cubendo versions.
