Hello!
Has anyone had contact with Cubase customer-support? Sent them an e-mail due to a broken e-licencer about a week ago, and still no reply, via «Submit a ticket» on their page. Im not able to access Cubase after the “Zero Downtime” expires, and then what to do?
Frustration is about to get the best of me here () and I dont want to start using ProTools or other software due to lack of customer service.
