Customer Support: None existing?


Has anyone had contact with Cubase customer-support? Sent them an e-mail due to a broken e-licencer about a week ago, and still no reply, via «Submit a ticket» on their page. Im not able to access Cubase after the “Zero Downtime” expires, and then what to do?

Frustration is about to get the best of me here (:smile:) and I dont want to start using ProTools or other software due to lack of customer service.

I am sorry, but we had to cope with some unplanned absences paired with the release of the new licensing system. As you confirmed via email, the license replacement was made on Jan 19 and I hope that this is solved.
