Customized channel sections on each channel

Hi everyone, Is it possible to customize channel sections on 1 (or more) channel independently from other channels? In the image I have connected 1 channel into Cubase 13 with my UR824. I want that channel to show the HARDWARE section but I dont want the other channels to show it.

I tried google, manual (mixconsole page 400-430) and youtube video tutorials but none which can help me. I dont want to have a whole different Mix console set up. (I allready use the 4 avaliable mixconsoles XD). So dear Cubase forum and Universe, show me the way!

And fter 30 years of using Cubase I found the forum and became a member as of yesterdays. Thanks for all incredible topics/solutions and people in here. I will up my workflow even more now than in the 30 years of using Cubase.

Hi,

I’m sorry, this is not possible. Show/hide the MixConsole sections always applies for all channels.

Thanks for reply, I wish it as a new feature then.
To be able to customise the channel section of a group of channels and then lock it so it stay fixed that way while other tracks channelsections change when I click them to change. In this way I can have all my inputs from the UR showing the Hardware section with the zero latency plugs from dspmixFX and the rest of all other channels show insert fxs.

Cosmos, make it happen :cowboy_hat_face::sunflower::+1:

Hi,

Then add the feature-request tag, please.

Thanks for the advice. I added the feature request now. Cheers

You have probably already looked into this but I am going to mention it just to make sure: Maybe you can use one of the other consoles and set it up to dislay the channel as per your requirement.
It would be two different windows but at least it’d be available now.

Thanks for reply. It is a good idea and possibly it will have to do til they add this feature. To be able to customise and lock each channel setting would be a dream.

Being able to configure what racks are shown or expanded on a per channel basis is a solid feature request. :+1:
