Thanks for your message and a warm welcome to the Cubasis forum,

Actually we are unaware about any problems regarding the free downloads of the LoFi piano and RoomWorks SE.

I gave the download links in the shop a short check where things work as expected (see clips below).

You may give the following steps a try:

  • Close all apps, including Cubasis.
  • Fully shut down your mobile device (turn it off).
  • Turn off your WiFi router and give it a restart

Hello, I recently bought a license for Cubasis 3.7.8 on November 6, 2025. Soon after that purchase, the price dropped to half of the $29.99 asking price for a single license. I have other Steinberg products that, in the past, had qualified for a grace period update. My question is, does Cubasis 3.7.8 qualify for a grace period update in cases such as mine? If so, please credit my account for additional ‘vouchers’ to purchase additional plug-ins. Thank you for your attention to this matter,

Could you please try the following steps?

  1. Close all apps, including Cubasis.
  2. Fully shut down your mobile device.
  3. Power off your Wi-Fi router.

After restarting all devices and Cubasis, does tapping the Free button open the registration window as expected?

Best tip was just to let the pinwheel swirl until it connects to the server. Takes about five minutes. :100::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
