Cycle playback in Ipad

I can’t figure out, nor do I see any documentation on how to use the Cycle feature on the iPad. Unlike the desktop version, I see no menu items such as “Set cycle locators from selection” or “Set Left/Right Locator”. I have figured out that clicking the Cycle button puts the locator at the beginning of the flow, but that makes it really cumbersome to get it where I want in the piece. I can’t seem to drag the entire locator to the place I want (sometimes several pages away). Instead, I have to…
