Hi,
I’m experiencing an issue in Nuendo 12 regarding tempo tracks and locator ranges. When I adjust the tempo within a specific range, for example, changing the tempo over 4 bars, the locator range also changes to reflect this new tempo.
In previous versions of Cubase, changing the tempo wouldn’t affect the number of bars within the locator range. This change in behavior is causing me to have to manually adjust the locator range every time I make a tempo change, which is quite inconvenient.
I seem to recall reinstalling Nuendo several times before, and I don’t remember encountering this problem back then. Have there been any known errors introduced or am I missing a specific option?
For example, let’s say I have a cycle range set from bar 8 to 11 with a BPM of 120. If I use the tempo track to change the tempo to 90 at the start of bar 8, the cycle range shrinks to bars 8 to 10, encompassing only 3 bars. My expectation is for the cycle range to remain set from bar 8 to 11, even after making the tempo change.
Any help would be appreciated!
