The repeat between 3 Segno and D.S.S.S works only for 2 times.
I have dorico 6.2.20

If you want the repeat to play back after the DS, then enable this option, in Playback Options > Repeats.

Sorry, in the exemple have I removed the Play repeats, I wanted to test without repeats, the error is the same only 2 Times played.
Its equal if D.S.S or D.S.S.S always only 2 Times.

Oh, you wanted the DS to jump back to the beginning multiple times? That’s not how that works. Each DS will only jump once; the “Marker index” tells Dorico which DS goes with which segno marker.

If you need to make that jump more than once, there’s probably a way of faking it with hidden repeat markers that are suppressed on certain passes.

You could also do something like this:
