Hi Dorico Team,

Thank you for including such great features in this latest update. Exporting individual Flow PDFs has been on my wishlist since V1!

Would it be possible to add: “Flow Title” in the Filename Options->Filename Ingredients? That would make exporting the whole project even easier.

You’re not the first person to suggest this, Juan. I think the issue, though, is that if you have multiple flows selected, you’re either going to get a very long filename (with all of the flows concatenated) or you’re going to get just one flow title in the filename but multiple flows in the PDF. I suspect what’s really needed is an additional option to export each flow as a separate PDF.

-Isn’t this what was added in the latest update? From quick tests, I’ve been able to export separate Flow PDFs from a selection of instruments, but the names are all the same.

The long file name would be no different than what I usually name PDF’s for orchestra recordings.
Example:
01_1m01_Full Score_V2
Layout#_Flow Title_LayoutName_v2

Either way, this update is a welcome addition that considerably reduces export times.

I think Daniel means that, for example, if you’re exporting flows 3, 6 and 9 in a piano layout, they won’t be exported as separate PDFs but rather as one PDF containing all those flows.

This is, indeed, the really needed feature.
Right now I need to export each separate flow for each instrument, and then name them all by hand - which takes a lot of times when working with a big band.
The option to export each flow without typing the actual range is most helpful - but having the exporting and naming process fully automated would be a game changer.
So the PDFs would look like “Instrument - Project - Flow”.
