D6 - Piano copied from Nuendo dorico - notes are playing back different to score in places

I had a midi piano I cleaned up a little in Nuendo 14.
Exported a Dorico file from that piano

I had an existing Dorico orchestra score file from same project which I opened.

Opened the Nuendo created piano dorico. Copied the piano notes from it

Pasted them into the master orchestral arrangement.

Sometimes there are notes playing that are not in my score. When I look at Play mode I cant see them either.

Am I meeting a bug in Cubase score into Dorico here? I’m happy to supply my score to tech support if it helps
