i havent recevied my DAc code from Steinberg in my emails yet, contacted support, no ones getting back to me in over a week…

ive got my DAC code for Cubase 11, but i need the upgrade one for cubase 12 which i should get for free…
have they all been emailed out yet does anyone know? Ive not had mine yet, and the old cubase 11 DAC code doesnt work on 12
If you’re cubase 11 is already activated inside the e licenser you can go to the new activation manager and do a grace period check.
