Date Limit for Educational Sibelius Crossgrade?

Dear Steinberg,

I am wondering if the Sibelius/Finale crossgrade (educational) offer will ever expire? I read somewhere that it is a limited/launch offer.

I’ve searched the forums for this and could not find an answer.
