put the date of the build on the startup splash screen.
Also a cancel button on the splash screen to stop plugin scanning
Plugin scanning should only happen if you have added new plugins to your system…it should not happen every time you open WL.
WaveLab only evaluates new or modified plugins. The other plugins are ignored. This means most of the time all plugins are ignored.
