Perhaps there is room for an AI generated composition based upon a composer’s prompts in the greater world of musical composition, any genre. If this is the case, perhaps the intellectual property becomes the prompts rather than the composition itself. I’m thinking of something akin to some early 20th music where composers set the stage and had the musicians improvise within a specified framework for x number of measures or x number of seconds, etc.
