Hi I’m trying to figure out how to deactivate my cubase licence. Can’t for the life of me find any way to do this. Any help? Thanks. (No visible ‘deactivate licence’ options in the MySteinberg section of the Steinberg website, and the ‘remove licence’ option in my licence control centre seems permanently greyed out.)
Are you trying to unregister a product from your MySteinberg account online? Which specific program and version are you trying to unregister?
Use the Resale Wizard. It will prompt for whether you want to unregister the dongle and licence (to sell it as a whole), or just unregister a licence from a dongle that may have other licences (to transfer to a buyer’s own dongle).
