Deactiveted soft elicense

hi

i changed the to cubase 10.5. le
during the instruction i downloaded the elicenser again and after setup i got in the main screen message- deactiveted soft elicenser
.
when i run maintenance i got message that
“at least one of the elicensers used during this process was disabled and cannot be used for any license transactions”

after maintenance i got
Step 1: OK (Updating eLicenser License Database)
Step 2: FAILED(Repairing Soft-eLicenser)
Step 3: OK (Validating License Usage Periods)
Step 4: OK (Cleaning up eLicenser Memory)
Step 5: FAILED (Recovering License Transactions)
Step 6: OK(Sending eLicenser Information)

how can i deactivated the soft elicenser

Hi,

Use eLCC Helper to generate a new Soft-eLicenser Number, please. Then Reactivate your licenses from the old one to the new one.
